Step 2-Enter your email id used during the registration process and click on the “Continue” button.
Step 3– A link will be sent to your account via email. Click on the link and follow the steps on how to reset your password.

Step 1– New customers of Norton who desire to access their account online are required to proceed to the login homepage and then scroll down to find the “Create account” button, as shown in the picture below.
Step 2– Click on it and you will be directed to a new screen labeled “Create Account”.
Step 3– Enter the following details in the blank spaces:
- Your Email Address and then confirm it by retyping in the next box
- Choose a password
